Advanced Visual Art
Rusty SunsetPaint
Canvas 2016 Advanced Visual Arts For this piece I did a lot of sketching just to get the truck right. For the sunset I learned from Bob Ross. I had a lot of fun making this piece because I pushed myself to work hard on this one. If I could go back and change one thing, it would be the time that I spent on it. I would make sure my accountability and time were together. |
Night FallPaint
Canvas 2017 Advanced Visual This was my very first time making a waterfall. I used a lot of different pictures to get the right affect. While making this project, I felt as if it needed a focal point. I tried to make rocks for this waterfall. I didn't know what I was doing, and I didn't practice a lot on the rocks. It didn't end up how I wanted it too. |
WindmillI Paint
Canvas 2017 Advanced I have always been in love with the way a windmill works. That inspired me for one of my final pieces because I love sunsets and I love watching windmills turn in the wind. I got the idea to do this project because I wanted something that you used to see on the farm. That was a windmill because we don't see a whole lot of them any more. If I could go back and repaint this I would use tape to make the straight lines super precise. |
WaterfallPaint
Chipboard 2017 Advanced For this project I wanted to redo my first waterfall because I was not in love with it. I practiced painting rocks because the first try was terrible. I am glad I redid this because I now know what to do for realistic rocks. I can say overall that this paining was very well done and I learned a lot. |
